Afternoon folks,

Our MAC users when downloading from the App store the latest Micollab Client Software then running the software are asked for an Authentication code before getting any other information. Their welcome email doesn't provide this information just their logon and passcode details.

Anyone shine some light on this situation please?

(Info is populated by AD and only MAC users are being asked this, Windows is straight forward.)

Thanks in advance

The authentication code is generated by the deployment wizard and sent to the user in their welcome email.

Yeah, basically the Mac client is the same as iPad/iPhone as far as deployment goes. Best I have found is to actually give the user a softphone and deploy that way.
