ACD Issue

Hello,

I have the following situation I'm trying to correct.

I have an ACD queue that outside folks can reach and by pressing 1 get to a live person. If I come in this way and have the agent place me on hold (red button) then grab my second line the first call doesn't drop.

I built an internal ACD queue for back office purposes and folks dial an internal 4 digit number thats routed via speed form to the number of the path. If they put an employee on hold then that employee grabs their second line the first call hangs up automatically.  I tested this with our outside queue as well by dialing just the internal path number and sure enough when I go to grab my second line it hangs up on the first line.

Guessing in the first example where it's allowed the call is using a COS that allows this but I'm not sure how to find my paths COS as it's not tied to anything that gives me a COS.

any help would be appreciated.
