Calls Ring on Call key 2

I have non ACD Groups. Is there a way to not have calls ring on call key 2? They just want it to light and show the CID. Is this possible or is there another option I may need to use?

Unfortunately any call sent a to phone will ring that phone as long as it is idle. Since you are asking about Call Key 2 then you are implying that Call Key 1 is in use and therefore they would get a camp-on notification tone to alert them that there is a second call waiting on their phone which would then light their Call Key 2.

Is that what you are referring to?

Yes that is it exactly.

Oh, well if that is the case then just turn off Hunt Group Camp-On Notifications if you just want it for those types of calls otherwise turn off Camp-On Indications which shuts it down for all call types; this is a per station flag not a system flag.
