"External Busy" Mitel SX 200 CXI

We moved one of our offices and now we are unable to dial 3 digit direct to the other office.  We can direct dial inside our building but get "External Busy" when we try to direct dial to other office.  No settings were changed on routers and we can see servers and files of the other office.  Any ideas?

What kind of trunks are you using to connect to the other sites?  IP or PRI or something else?

Did any ip value change? This may be your issue
