markdevoll,

1. Check the outgoing extension for the phones, they must be set to use ARS, not direct trunk group select. This is under each phones Associated Extension. System > Devices and Feature Codes > Phones > {phone} > Associated Extensions > Outgoing Extension: This has to be the ARS FAC [Default: 92000].
2. Make sure the home area code(s) are listed in the home area code table under numbering plan. System > Numbering Plan > Area Codes: Make sure all of your local area codes are in there.
3. Make sure that the Home Area Code(s) are not Restricted under User Group 1 under Numbering Plan. System > Numbering Plan > User Groups > 1: Move your area codes from Restricted to Allowed; this is done through dragging and dropping from one list to the other.

NOTE: You do not need  to add any stations to User Group 1, unless you actually want to do some sort of Toll Restriction.

Thanks,

TE

markdevoll,

Then that is part of your problem. For Call Logs to work properly you have to ARS as the intelligence is built into that.

Thanks,

TE
