5340 in SIP mode wants TFTP server addresss

I'm trying to experiment a bit with 5340 in SIP mode.
When I browse to it's IP it request that I enter a TFTP server IP address and then reboots.
I've put in the IP of the 3300 but nothing changes from the reboot.
From the SIP Phone docs I should be seeing the conf page or login page.
Nothing is mentioned in the docs about having to enter a TFTP server here.
Any ideas?

Got it.
I had to point to a different 3300.  From there it got what ever it was downloading and then I could log in.
