Text to Speech program

Anyone know / use a text to speech program, free would be preferred. One that makes decent .wav's for use in AA, Voicemails, Ringtones.

SUSD,

Have you tried naturalreaders.com? I normally use the voice Heather as I can make it sound half-way decent when speaking odd sounding words using phonetics.
