This just started. I believe that previously the phones displayed "8" and the phone number in call history, maybe just the phone number by itself as ARS was in place.

Now, the system pushes the entire "92001" as a prefix to the phone number and my customer is freaking out. How in the world do you get it to display only "8" or the number by itself?

This question has been asked once before, but a resolution was never clear.

JP0013,

Have you tried suppressing the trunk number under SMDR?

System > Maintenance > SMDR > Suppress Trunk Number = YES

Thanks,

TE

Yep, tried that first, per the other post. Also, I noticed just in the image I posted that long distance numbers are not showing the area code. Believe me when I say this is definitely something new.

One thing I noticed on this your numbers are prefixed with 920001 not 92001

What has happened there?  Are you sure it's not showing 92000 for ARS then the number?

I thought I may have seen this once and an upgrade resolved it.

JP0013,

What version of software are you running? I will be out of town next week, but I will bring an old CS with me to do some testing and see what I can figure out.

Thanks,

TE
