Choppy wireless handset on 5330
« on: September 22, 2014, 01:22:48 PM »
The last day or two I have been getting a choppy in my handset ear piece.  As far as I know they are hearing me perfect, it's just my ear piece.
Any suggestions on what to check?

Is this the only handset you have?  If there's another just switch handsets with the other phone, see if problem stays with desk phone or handset.

Biggest problem I have seen with these handsets is they get dropped to many times, not much you can do about that but replace it... But try this first, go into the phone's cordless menu and un-pair the handset and re-pair it, then see if the problem still occurs, if it does then the handset is likely bad and will need to be replaced.

Thanks.

I have noticed it is not all the time.  I only call a few companies and I har it with the hold music fro one company in particular.  I think it might just be on that side then.

I'll try to re-pair when it happens again.
