Call Trace Commands
« on: September 11, 2014, 04:42:54 PM »
What is the best call trace command to capture first and second alternative routing? I would like to capture a call through first and second alternatives to make sure it is going through correctly. For this example I am wanting to ring the main line (ext. 100) ring twice then move to ext. 101, ring twice then move to a call queue ext. 102.
