Hi,

Just reinstalled my machine which means reinstalling the mitel system administration program.

Its probably something really simple but i get the error
There are no DB Programming versions installed.
when i load it up.

Where/What would this be?

Just tried running the installer again and it says it couldnt run the installer.

Thanks

Update:  Uninstalled and re-instaleld using the same installer and it works fine now.
It seems the bit that tries to install something to theframework fouls up the rest of the mitel installer.

That's what I thought too.
I'll move the thread to the 5000 group so the appropriate people see it.

I know this one, I had the same issue at a client's. the reason is because the installer shells out to a few other setups.

- uninstall the mitel sys admin & diags

- make sure that you have full administrator right on your PC
- right click on the installer and choose run as administrator
