« on: February 23, 2012, 02:32:18 PM »
Hi all

Can anyone tell me on the display how do i load a phone with an option for Voicemail , i assume one of the buttons need programming.

I did try to copy the buttons from one phone to another , all options came through but not voicemail and the button on the destination phone where Voicemail is on my phone remained blank.

HELP!!

Do you know what the access extn is for the VM? (It's always 2500 on the systems I set up)

Using the default feature codes for the Mitel 5000 dial 397 press the button you wish to program as the VM access button then dial the system VM access code.

Or in keymap programming program the key as a PKM/DSS key and add the VM extension number. I also use 2500 for VM as much as possible.
