Hot Line doesn't work with 5302 phone MiVB 9.2

I have added a Multi-user extension that is designated to hot dial a different extension when the handset is lifted. I registered a Mitel 5302 with the extension but the 5302 ignores the hot dial. If I register a different phone (6930) the hot dial function works fine.

I also noticed when I dial another extension from the 5302 phone, there is a couple of second delay before it dials the extension.

I have hot dial working on different extensions on the system, including a couple of 5304s, but this is the 1st time I have tried it with a 5302.

I've never used that device but it looks like it's a SIP phone.  In that case, unless you have access to an admin page on the phone itself, I don't think you'll be able to use it as a hotline.

The answer is "No."
