CLIP presentation - Mitel 470

Good morning,

I'm hoping that someone here can assist with an issue I'm seeing on one of our 470s.

Recently I setup an auto-attendant on this PBX, and since then outbound calls have been showing as 'anonymous' on the receivers end.

I have the number I wish to display in 'Routing > Trunk groups > CLIP > CLIP Number'. It's set to create CLIP number automatically and is on NPI E.164.

In one of the user accounts under 'Other settings > CLIP' it's set to create CLIP automatically and is showing a greyed out 'unknown' for the NPI and TON fields with no number entered for CLIP Number.

Am I missing something here?

The AA should not be interfering with the CLIP for outbound calls.
It is usually with the trunk setting. What type of trunk is affected and does it affect all users via that trunk or just some?
