Auto-attendant not answering

Hi. The auto-attendant on our Mitel 5000 used to pick up after 1-2 rings, but this recently changed and I'm not sure why. It's now random after how many ring it'll pick up, and most of the time, it seems like it's not even picking up at all anymore. The system has been reset numerous times, but I'm not sure what else to check. I'll probably call the phone provider as well to see if maybe something happened on their end, but any suggestions welcome.

What kind of call volume are you looking at here? Assuming you mean a MiVoice Office 250 (the old Inter-tel platform, not the Aastra one), then it could be because the voicemail only has 4 usable ports by default.

Thanks for the response. It turns out the issue was on Verizon's end, and has been resolved. I had assumed it was the phone system due to other issues we were having.
