« on: January 25, 2022, 12:10:29 PM »
Hi All

I have Mivoice Business release 9.1.0.92, When I try to login through butty to shell and run tcpdump for traffic monitor I got tcpdumo command not found.
Can someone help me to active the tcpdump to the shell?

Regards,

You run the command "sip tcpdump on" from the maintenance commands in the GUI and then use WinSCP to get into the vmail folder of the 3300 to get the PCAP is the way I've always done it.

I am assuming a physical controller. This is a known issue.

If you have access to KMS look at  SO5184.

The solution is to download the tcpdump package from Mitel KMS and install it or upgrade to at least 9.1.0.94 as it was fixed in that release.
