Im not sure how now this has become a problem, he could license the micollab server just fine.  Same network settings for both devices.  This system is live and the company, "Marco" technologies has been a real pain to work with.  Anything I can look for to potentially point this back to the tech?

Should be able to putty into the MiVB follow your tshooting from there. Ping gateway, ping 1.1.1.1, ping google.com for DNS and finally can you ping sync.mitel-amc.com? You could try throwing the IP in the second field there along with App Record (it currently resolves to 216.191.234.91)

All of those items resolve.  I can ping 8.8.8.8, (google dns) and sync.mitel-amc.com as well.  That returns the following.

Pinging sync.mitel-amc.com [216.191.234.91] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 216.191.234.91: bytes=32 time=55ms TTL=40

What do you get if you put in the IP resolved to and the app record of the MiVB?

I don't know the syntax of the command you're suggesting to run, please advise.

It's cut off on your screenshot but the first row is asking for the Service Account ID = Application Record and the second line you can try putting in the resolved IP and choose activate.
