Hi Mitel friends,
I have a weird tech issue with a Mitel 5550 IP Console. Last week Thursday I cannot see any call id on the 5550 IP Console when receiving a call. I have no caller id when receiving internal calls and calls coming in on the euro isdn lines.
Normally I can see the extension number when I receive internal calls on the 5550 IP console. I checked the class of service and all settings are okay. (Did not change no settings)
I called another extension that is programmed on the Mitel and the caller id is okay on that extension when receiving a call.
Can someone help me out with this one? Maybe the operator entered a code to block caller id?
