MiCC - share case with non-ACD Agent

Have a customer looking for a way for agents using web Ignite on the latest release of MiCC to share cases with non-ACD users. CS reps taking calls, wanting to send notes on the interactions to sales. Right now they're just doing voice, but will be adding multimedia eventually. Best way to do this?
