HX-5000 DTMF Suppression on calls

Is there a feature that will suppress DTMF tones during a call?
System is HX-5000

Are you using SIP Trunks or POTS lines?

If it is SIP Trunks then you may be using the wrong DTMF Decoding Payload which will result in no DTMF.

If it is POTS lines it may be that the Hybrid Balance circuit is not calibrated correctly.

The other issue is that all of your DTMF resources are in use or going bad.

How many devices do you have on your system?

Do you have a PEC or PS-1 or both?

I want to be able to suppress the DTMF tones during the call So CRedit card details are not heard. Is this a feature as i know it is possible on other systems.

I am not sure what you are asking about, and at what point would someone hear the DTMF tones for credit card information?
