Co not showing CID during call

I have a new installation of a 250 running the latest software. I have a strange issue. when someone calls in on line 1 the CID is displayed during the entire call. However, if someone calls in on any of the other lines the CID only displays while the call is ringing and is replaced with the trunk group extension. All trunks are in the same trunk group. This is for a suicide hotline and the CID is important.

What type of trunking do they have; Loop Start, PRI, T-1, SIP?

They are using loop start.

Berkley,

This may be a stupid question, but did you make sure that you set the Service Type on each trunk is set to Bellcore FSK Caller ID and while you are in there verify that you also have Connected to CO set to yes or your Hybrid Balance tests will be inaccurate.

The only reason I am looking at this first is because the CO Trunk Group has nothing to do with collecting digits of any kind; that is only done through the trunks.
