Call routing/voicemail problem
« on: July 03, 2018, 11:32:42 AM »
Good morning everyone!

I'm running into an issue where when someone doesn't pick up their phone and a call goes to voicemail, the caller hears "Please enter your passcode." But they should be getting that user's voicemail mail box greeting. Where should I start looking to dig into this?

Thank you all!

-Andy

The forward path is pointing to the Message Notification/Retrieval application instead of the Voice Mail application.

The forwarding path needs to be set to the non-subscriber voice mail application.
