uc360 on mitel 250. Issue with dtmf once call is completed.

I have a uc360 on a 250 running 6.2 sp1. I can make calls without issue. However, once the call is established I am getting bad results dialing through an auto attendant or logging into a conference bridge. It looks like some of the dtmf tones are not being passed.

If you have any ideas on troubleshooting or adjustments to system or to the uc360 itself I would really appreciate it.

I also have the uc360 on a system with 6.1 sp1 and having the same issue.

Check your DTMF Payload settings, I think for the UC360 it needs to be changed to 101
