I am new to Mitel470. If i want to program sip trunk do i need additional license?

Hi mate - yes, you need SIP trunk license for each trunks...depends of extensions used, maybe you need addititional DSP resources (and possible Voice channels license - again, depends of your system config)

You'll need SIP Access channel licenses. (They are licensed per channel)

Then as mentioned by zoo, you may need resources such as VoIP channels (either standard media switch or use EIP), DSP resources....
