MX-ONE and TA710x - Voice issue

Hello,

As part of our MX-ONE deployment we are deploying subsidiaries with analog dect phone. To minimize the cost, we have decided to go with TA710x adapter to connect those analog dect phone - configuration which was supported by Mitel.

After having deployed a few sub, voice quality is becoming an issue with lagging and echo. We checked the RTP statistics on the TA and had 0 packet loss - an average jitter of 2ms and an average latency of 12ms.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or could share its TA configuration with us in order to validate ours.

Have you tried isolating between the analog dect and the TA?

Maybe test with an ordinary analog phone instead of analog dect with the TA?
