Incoming call count record
« on: September 25, 2017, 02:49:18 PM »
I'am wondering if there would be a way to get a number of incoming calls per day mon- fri. for a  certain extension number?

This assumes you do not have an external call accounting program.
This also assumes you have smdr turned on on your system.
In the PBX, go to maintenance and enter: logs re smdr all match <number-string>

It will show you all of the call records that match the number-string in some way.
Copy it out of the maintenance window and paste it into Excel.
You can sort if from there.

I've played with this application and was able to capture SMDR- http://simplesmdr.sourceforge.net/
It was a better option than copying and pasting to excel. Good luck!

Is there a way to offload from Call Accounting reports in CCMWeb? I have a customer wanting to export weekly call traffic in excel formatting.
