One way audio on teleworker phone

I have several teleworkers off a mivoice 250 they have great Audio on the first call they make or receive however if the stack up another call and answer it they have one way audio if they go back to the first call they placed on hold it's fine ...just can't answer a second call without audio issues

What ports/ranges do you have forwarded in your router or do you have an MBG? Is your system just a base system or do you have a PS-1 or expanded base processor?
